What we commit to

For eligible spa and wellness businesses, we guarantee at least 30 booked appointments within the first 15 days of the campaign, under the campaign conditions agreed in writing before launch.

The money-back guarantee

If the agreed target is not met under those conditions, we refund the agency service fee. Advertising spend is separate and is not covered by the refund.

Eligibility comes before launch

Your growth audit reviews the business, market, available appointment capacity and current booking journey. An audit request is not automatic acceptance into the guarantee.

Before work begins, we confirm the campaign requirements, advertising plan, start of the 15-day measurement window, booking definition and refund process in writing. The agreed campaign terms govern eligibility and the guarantee.

What counts as an appointment?

Booked appointments are distinct from ad clicks, impressions, general inquiries and completed treatments. The written campaign terms establish the booking source of truth and how duplicates, cancellations, existing customers and other exclusions are handled. We agree on these details before launch.

What this does not promise

This is an appointment guarantee for qualifying campaigns. It is not a guarantee of revenue, profit, a particular return on advertising spend, search rankings or AI recommendations.
